What is the full form of HSSC ? or What is HSSC Exam ?

HSSC Full Form is Haryana Staff Selection Commission. HSSC is a state-level exam and conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) of Haryana. The HSSC SSC Exam is conducted every year for different posts.

HSSC Notification 2020

HSSC Haryana has released the official notification for the HSSC Recruitment of different posts. Every year the HSSC gov releases the notification on their HSSC site.

Haryana Staff Selection Commission has released the official notification for the post of Junior Engineer.

The official notification was announced on 15th June 2019 and the HSSC application form will start from 20 June to 4 July 2019. The SSC Haryana exam date will be conducted on 13 – 18 July.

The Gram sachiv notification was released on the official website, Candidates who are applying for the Gram sachiv must check the official notification.

Haryana Police constable and \Sub Inspector notification were released on 9 June 2019 and candidates can  HSSC SI apply online from 12 June – 26 June 2019.

HSSC Exam Syllabus 2020

The HSSC Exam syllabus is very important for those candidates who are applying for the exam. Exam Syllabus of HSSC helps the candidates to have knowledge about the questions.

The HPSC syllabus is the same for all the vacancies, but for Haryana Police, the HSSC official syllabus is different for both Sub Inspector and Police Constable.

  • The exam will be in written  for the posts of 90 Marks.
  • Basically , 75% syllabus will be on General Awareness and 25 % will be on the candidates knowledge on Haryana State.
  • The syllabus containing 75% includes the computer, Science, General Awareness , Hindi , Mathematics.
  • The 25 % syllabus will be on the History , Current Affairs , Civics, Geography etc of the Haryana State.

  • The exam will be written and containing 80% overall.
  • The 80 % will contain the topics like General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Aptitude, Agricultural, Mathematics etc related to the post applying.
  • The syllabus is same for both the post ie. SI &Constable.
  • Difficulty level for both the post are different, for Constable it is 10+2 and for Sub Inspector it is Graduation level.

HSSC Exam Pattern 2020

  • The HHSC Exam pattern consist of 2-3 stages depending on the post you are applying.
  • The exam will be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
  • The HSSC Exam pattern are similar for all the post except Police constable and SI of Haryana.

  • The exam will be conducted in written mode.
  • The exam will be of 90% weightage from which 10% will be given on basis Socio-Economic criteria &Experience.

Socio- Economic Criteria :

  • The 5 Marks will be given to the candidate if
  • Candidate is widow.
  • Candidates who’s father died before the 42 years of age.

HSSC Exam Pattern for Sub Inspector SI & Police Constable

The Exam Pattern comprises of three stages.

  • Written Test :
  • Contains total 80% weightage .
  • The exam contains total 100 questions.
  • Each question carries 0.80 marks.
  • Medium of exam can be English or Hindi.
  • Screening Test (Physical) : Candidates who clear or qualify the Written exam will go to the next process that is , screening test.Candidates need to run some distance, below are the details given

How to apply HSSC exam 2020?

  • Candidates have to visit or login to the official website of HSSC ie. www.hssc.gov.in

HSSC Exam Admit Card 2020

The HSSC Admit card 2020 is very important to appear for the exam. All the candidates who have applied for the exam must download there admit card before the exam.
